                  OUR BEER CLUB                     
        The goal of every beer club member is to complete
          his or her Flag and gain a permanent place on the
          Beer Club's "BEER MASTERS" recognition plaque.
 
The Beer Club Flag is based on the national flag of Ireland, also known as the tricolour, and is a vertical tricolour of green (at the hoist), white, and orange.  The green represents a Gaelic tradition while the orange represents the supporters of William of Orange. The white in the center signifies a lasting truce between the 'Orange' and the 'Green'.

The flag was adopted in 1919 by the Irish Republic during its war of independence, and subsequently by the Irish Free State (1922–1937), later being given constitutional status under the 1937 Constitution of Ireland.  The tricolour is regarded by many nationalists as the national flag of the whole of island of Ireland.  Thus it is flown (often controversially) by many nationalists in Northern Ireland as well as by the Gaelic Athletic Association.

Beer Club Members get their Flag by drinking Paddy McGee's beer list three times.  Once for each color in the Irish Flag.

Drink the entire list just once and you will be rewarded with 2 Free Beers of your choice as well as your first Flag Color (Green).  Drink the list a second time (the first time could just be a fluke) and you get 2 more Free Beers and your name will go up under the lights for all to see on our Beer Club's BEER MASTERS plaque showing your first two flag colors (Green & White).  Drink the list a third time, you get two more FREE BEERS, a Free Paddy McGee's Shirt and your name adorned with the Tri-Colors of the Irish Flag.  Check out Paddy McGee's Beer List.
